Welcome to Second Largest! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Second Largest - Brain Game mobile application ("App") operated by IMPERIA LABS SZOO ("we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or if you are under 18, that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the App. You agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms, whether or not you become a registered user of the App.

Second Largest - Brain Game is a mathematics puzzle training application designed to help users improve their mental math skills and cognitive abilities through engaging gameplay. The App provides:

• Quick math puzzles and brain training exercises
• Various difficulty levels
• Progress tracking and leaderboards
• Achievement systems

3. User Accounts

Some features of the App may require you to create an account or sign in using third-party services (such as Apple Sign In or Google Sign In). You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

• You agree to the pricing and payment terms presented to you at the time of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App to:

• Defects will be corrected
• The App is free of viruses or other harmful components
• The results obtained from using the App will be accurate or reliable

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL IMPERIA LABS SZOO, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the App
• Any content obtained from the App
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless IMPERIA LABS SZOO and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the App.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Warsaw, Poland.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Subscription Terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and IMPERIA LABS SZOO regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.
